Dalian Changxing Casting Industry Co.,Ltd, as a joint venture who was specialized in manufacturing cast iron. It ws located in Changxingdao E&T development Zone – a famous tourism place, with convenient transportation and beautiful environment.

The company has been founded in 1980. It occupies 30,000 square meters and has engaged over 300 employees so far. The company has advanced technological equipment, all kinds of quality checking equipments. Now a series of strict quality control process and manufacture process have been established. Furthermore, our quality management system is in conformance with ISO9002, QS9000, and got the Certificate of asessment in 2001 and 2003 repectively.

Through over 20 years development, we have accumulated plenty experience and our company has been expanding by leaps and bounds. The annual productions are over 8000 tons. We can produce all classes of grey cast iron, nodular cast iron and malleable cast iron. There are more than 50 customers all over the world. The typical products are scaffold fittings, template parts, railway fittings, ring flange and electromagnetic steel cover etc. Nearly 150 varieties of products are exported to U.S.A, U.K, Germany, Italy, Japan, Swiss, Australia, Korea, Taiwan and South-east Asia. All of products are manufactured in accordance with the U.S, Japan and Germany standards. The whole quality control management has been carried out during the whole process of manufacture with the assistence of computer and other numerical control equipments, which includes the raw material, production process control, final product quality control. Therefore our customers are satisfied with our good quality and punctual delivery time as well.
